The WM Ready loading ramp is suitable for light loads up to 300 kg. It is made with a standard width of 80 cm and 3 different lengths: 225 cm, 250 cm and 300 cm. The support surface is made of non-slip aluminum, to avoid the wheels slipping in case of rain or frost. The side edges are 4.5cm high. An important feature of this model is easy installation. The WM Ready is quick to assemble, thanks to its mounting above the truck floor and the handy paper template provided, which allows anyone to proceed without errors. The ramp has a reduced footprint of 15 cm, characteristics increasingly demanded by the market. The weight of the ramp varies from 33 to 45 kg, depending on the size required. The colour that identifies the WM READY ramp is anthracite grey. This model can be easily removed from the vehicle leaving the loading deck completely free. The double gas spring balances the weight of the ramp and makes it light during opening and closing operations, allowing anyone to handle the ramp safely and without any effort. It has a mobile strip that connects perfectly to the vehicle plane, avoiding creating steps with the loading plane, and a straight and fixed strip that rests on the ground, which allows you to load the goods without any difficulty. The ramp has a red handle to facilitate its closure. In addition, a locking hook has been designed to secure the ramp quickly and easily. The WM Ready loading ramp, like all WM System ramps, does not need to be approved on the vehicle as it is removable equipment from the vehicle.

Removability and transport

The ramp can be easily removed from the vehicle by means of the side handles. Once the ramp has been removed, the vehicle cargo area is completely unobstructed. A quick coupling and release system allows the ramp to be transferred from one vehicle to another extremely quickly.

    IS APPROVED IN THE VEHICLE?

    No, approval is not required. The ramp is "one load" and therefore the vehicle should not be re-approved. Except for disabled people transport.

    WHAT IS THE MODEL FOR MY VAN AND USE?

    The Wm System ramps are customizable in size and capacity and can be adapted to all commercial vehicles. To advise you on the best solution, we need to receive the following information: -make, model, year of registration, traction, height of the rear door of the van and -type and total weight of the goods/machinery you are loading.

    IS IT OK FOR PICK UP?

    No, the Wm ramps are suitable for closed vehicles. It would result in a wind barrier

    WHO CAN USE THE RAMP?

    IS IT EASY TO ASSEMBLE?

    Yes, from 2 hours for the lightest models to 4 hours of assembly for the most complete models. We suggest the body shop nearest you, where to go for installation.
