Ramp made entirely of anodized aluminium. It is completely customizable: the customer has the possibility to choose the width and length of the ramp, creating a product tailored for their commercial vehicle. The top is made of non-slip aluminum to prevent the wheels from slipping in case of rain or frost. The WM LIGHT PLUS loading ramp has an external rotation: it opens like a second door, allowing access without using the ramp. A rotation kit is available on request to open the ramp towards the inside of the van. In this case, a special hook is also available for the internal attachment of the ramp. It has fall-resistant side edges 6 cm high. The ramp has two strips. The first mobile connects perfectly to the vehicle floor, avoiding creating steps with the loading surface. The second - connecting the ramp to the ground - is straight and fixed. It is suitable for all machines, especially those with a low ground clearance and small wheels.

Handling

Deployment and swivelling

Patented deployment system. The ramp can be deployed and closed in the horizontal direction for loading and unloading of goods. Second vertical opening, 90° external swivelling, for unrestricted and rapid access to the cargo area without using the ramp.

The gas struts system balances the weight of the ramp and makes it ultra light so it can be handled easily during the deployment and closing operations, allowing anyone to manage the ramp safely and effortlessly.

To further facilitate the deployment and closing operations, the ramp is equipped with wheels on both sides so it travels easily over the ground. A swivel kit can be supplied on request to allow the ramp to be swivelled towards the interior of the van.

    Reduces the angle of the ramp which is foldable in 3 pieces. It is ideal on small vehicles. Available for load capacities up to 1,000 kg, maximum width 100 cm and fixed length 80 cm.

    Allows the attachment of the ramp completely rotated outside. This prevents wind gusts from causing the ramp to rotate and possibly impact people or things.

    IS APPROVED IN THE VEHICLE?

    No, approval is not required. The ramp is "one load" and therefore the vehicle should not be re-approved. Except for disabled people transport.

    WHAT IS THE MODEL FOR MY VAN AND USE?

    The Wm System ramps are customizable in size and capacity and can be adapted to all commercial vehicles. To advise you on the best solution, we need to receive the following information: -make, model, year of registration, traction, height of the rear door of the van and -type and total weight of the goods/machinery you are loading.

    IS IT OK FOR PICK UP?

    No, the Wm ramps are suitable for closed vehicles. It would result in a wind barrier

    WHO CAN USE THE RAMP?

    All those who have material on wheels to move, up and down the van. And all that color moving the material with pallet trucks.

    IS IT EASY TO ASSEMBLE?

    Yes, from 2 hours for the lightest models to 4 hours of assembly for the most complete models. We suggest the body shop nearest you, where to go for installation.
