There are anniversaries that are celebrated with a date on the calendar. And there are others that are celebrated by looking each other in the eye.
The 35th anniversary of WM System belongs to the second category.
Because behind every corporate milestone, there are not just turnovers, products, or conquered markets. There are people met along the way, challenges faced together, difficult days overcome side by side, and goals that, alone, would never have had the same value.
Thirty-five years are not a finish line. They are the sum of thousands of days in which someone chose to believe.
From 1991 to today: a story about people
WM System was founded in 1991 in Rolo, in the province of Reggio Emilia, in the heart of that manufacturing Emilia that has made quality and practicality its calling card in the world.
Since then, we have designed and produced loading ramps, access ramps, and mobility solutions, bringing our work to over 40 countries. But if we stop to look back, the figure we are most proud of is neither geographical nor commercial. It is human.
Because every product leaving our plants carries with it the work, experience, and care of those who conceived, built, and delivered it. Behind the aluminum, there is always a person. And behind every customer won over, there is a team that believed in it.
A company dinner that was much more than a party
The occasion to celebrate this anniversary was a company dinner. But those who were there know: it was much more than a simple social gathering.
It was an opportunity to pause. To lift our gaze from the daily rhythms and recognize what we have become over these thirty-five years: a united team, made of skills, commitment, trust, and the desire to build something that lasts over time.
In an era where everything runs fast and haste seems to be the only rule, sitting at the same table and recognizing each other as a group is already, in itself, a small great milestone. A rare, precious moment in which roles dissolve and only what truly matters remains: people.

Our brand name, Winning Move, tells a specific philosophy. But we have learned one thing over these years: a winning team is not made of results alone.
