Region awards for innovation
We at WM System are proud to announce that we have earned one of the first places in the call for business digital transition
This was made possible by a series of key investments that also enabled us to revolutionise and modernise our way of working
In fact, they were purchased:
- A welding robot island
- An automatic sheet loading and unloading warehouse
- Software for optimizing bar cutting and scrap
- A software for remote product configuration – Ipertech
Finally, all machines were integrated and interconnected using a MES (Manifacturing Execution System) software.
This technological and management update has allowed us not only to speed up production times and reduce material waste, but also to have greater control over our production line and warehouse.
The region has therefore decided to award us for our efforts through this regional call on digital transition, giving us the maximum prize money.
Despite the considerable digital improvements we at WM System remain faithful to our founding principles, that is a careful care and construction of our products made by our most experienced craftsmen who today thanks to the help of technology can focus further on product being relieved from the other productive tasks now entrusted to machines and digital automation.
